GenXLink Affiliate Program Policy

Welcome to the GenXLink Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment

  • Apply through your official GenXLink.com account.

  • We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.

  • We do not accept affiliates who promote illegal, offensive, or misleading content.

2. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn 30% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral links.

  • Tracking is managed with cookies and a 90 day referral window.

  • Only sales generated through proper affiliate tracking links qualify.

3. Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: $10.

  • Payments are issued monthly via [PayPal/Stripe].

  • Fraudulent, refunded, or chargeback orders are deducted from commissions.

  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

  • Promote GenXLink honestly and ethically.

  • Not misrepresent our brand, services, or pricing.

  • Avoid spam, misleading advertising, or unsolicited messages.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines for affiliate marketing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Use their own affiliate links for personal purchases. If you do, you risk account deletion. 

  • Bid on “GenXLink” or related brand terms in paid ads.

  • Use cookie stuffing, bots, or fraudulent practices.

  • Create websites, ads, or profiles that impersonate GenXLink.

6. Intellectual Property

  • We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved GenXLink logos, banners, and creatives.

  • Do not alter, misuse, or misrepresent GenXLink assets.

7. Term & Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

  • Commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid if above the $10 threshold.

  • We may withhold payouts if we suspect fraud or violations of this policy.

8. Modifications

We may update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation indicates acceptance.

9. Disclaimer

  • We make no guarantees of income or performance in the Program.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country].
