    • For fastest help, include your account email, your plan type (Free, Pro, or Premium), and a short description of the issue (steps to reproduce, screenshots if possible).

  3. Response Times

    • Our team responds Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST.

    • Average response time is 24–48 hours.

    • Premium plans receive priority support.

  4. Community & Premium Member Rooms

    • If you’re a GXA Premium Member, check your member rooms for an even better support experience — including priority codes and insider updates.
